As we all {unfortunately} know, J.Crew's website still has been experiencing some technical difficulties. These issues have made shopping online a bit difficult (and frustrating) at times (refer here). But this post isn't just about the imperfect new website (although I am slightly annoyed that its still not working close to 100% after all this time).Instead, this post is more about our ability to place online orders recently (like in the past month or so). Specifically, have you been able to place orders without issues? Moreover, have you been receiving your packages error free and in a timely manner (as oppose to having items "back ordered", "canceled", or missing in your package)?
It would be interesting to find out if the majority of us have been receiving our orders with no issues (which I am hoping is the case) or if the opposite is true (which may mean we might want to shop in their brick and mortar stores instead).
If you ordered from the website recently, have you received your items error-free? Have you gotten the email/ tracking confirmations in a timely manner (and if so, do they work)? And more importantly, if you did receive any items- what were they and how do you like them? ;)
