"Thanks!" to both Anon at 8:50 AM and Soon to be PhD (in this post) who found out that J.Crew is now offering up to 60 minutes to make updates to online orders. This feature use to offer up to 20 minutes to make changes to orders.I am not sure how long this increase in time has been available for customers, but I do appreciate the feature. It is wonderful to know that customers have the opportunity to modify/ cancel orders for a considerable time after an order has been placed. :)
